At Shyam Zevar, we ensure quality products for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once sold.


🔁 Replacement Policy (2 Days)

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product

You must request a replacement within 2 days of delivery.


📩 How to Request Replacement

To request a replacement, contact us at:

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.


📦 Replacement Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product should be in original packaging
  • Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Replacement shipping will be handled based on the case
  • In some cases, customer may need to bear shipping charges

⚠️ Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide replacement in the following situations:

  • Used or worn products
  • Minor color/design variation (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Request raised after 2 days of delivery
  • No unboxing video provided

💰 Refund Policy

  • We generally do not offer refunds
  • Refunds will only be processed if replacement is not possible
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
