At Shyam Zevar, we ensure quality products for our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
❌ No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products once sold.
🔁 Replacement Policy (2 Days)
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
You must request a replacement within 2 days of delivery.

Please provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.
📦 Replacement Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product should be in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Replacement shipping will be handled based on the case
- In some cases, customer may need to bear shipping charges
⚠️ Non-Eligible Cases
We do not provide replacement in the following situations:
- Used or worn products
- Minor color/design variation (due to lighting or screen differences)
- Request raised after 2 days of delivery
- No unboxing video provided
💰 Refund Policy
- We generally do not offer refunds
- Refunds will only be processed if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
