Refund & Return Policy

At Shyam Zevar, we carefully inspect manga and other products before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in proper condition.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product is missing pages, severely damaged, or materially different from the product description.
  • You received an item that is materially different from what you ordered.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong edition, selected the wrong product, or no longer want the product.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.
  • For damaged products, an unboxing video from the sealed package is strongly recommended and may be requested to verify transit damage.
  • The manga must not have been intentionally damaged, used, marked, written in, torn, or altered after delivery.
  • The original packaging should be retained until the issue is resolved.

We may reject a return request where the claimed damage is clearly caused after delivery or where the product does not meet the above conditions, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

Wrong or damaged item

If we approve your claim, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method, as applicable.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider/bank.

Non-returnable situations

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selected by the customer
  • Customer no longer wanting the product
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the product
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Products that have been written on, torn, folded, marked or otherwise altered after delivery

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
